These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wvcleaningservicesllc.com and the cleaning services provided by WV Cleaning Services LLC (“WV Cleaning Services,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By using this website or booking our services, you agree to them. We are a registered Delaware limited liability company and operate under the laws of the State of Delaware.

Estimates and pricing

We do not quote prices over the phone. We provide a free in-home estimate after seeing the property, because the size, condition and scope of a job cannot be assessed remotely. Estimates are based on what is visible and agreed at that visit and are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise in writing.

If, on the day of service, the actual condition or scope differs materially from what we saw at the estimate, we will tell you before proceeding and agree on any change with you first. We will not perform additional billable work without your approval.

Scheduling, access and cancellations

• You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the property at the agreed time, whether in person or through a key, lockbox or keypad code.
• If we cannot access the property at the scheduled time and are not able to complete the work, we may treat the appointment as a cancellation.
• Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. We extend the same courtesy to you.
• We may reschedule for severe weather or other conditions that make the work unsafe, particularly for exterior work at height or involving water under pressure.

Our work and your satisfaction

When we finish, we walk the property with you where possible. If any part of the work is not done to the standard we agreed, tell us and we will return and redo that part at no additional charge. Please raise it with us promptly so we can put it right while the circumstances are fresh.

This commitment covers the quality of our cleaning work. It does not cover changes in condition caused by normal use of the property after we leave, by other trades, or by weather.

Scope of services

We provide residential and commercial cleaning, interior and exterior window cleaning, glass and mirror cleaning, and power washing of exterior surfaces. We do not provide carpet or upholstery cleaning, gutter cleaning, duct or dryer vent cleaning, mold remediation, biohazard cleanup, or roof washing. We do not perform electrical, plumbing, structural or repair work of any kind.

If, during a visit, we notice something that needs attention outside our scope, we will tell you about it so you can get the right professional to look at it.

Your property

• Please secure or point out fragile, valuable, sentimental or irreplaceable items before we begin, so we can work around them or leave them alone.
• Some surfaces, finishes and older materials can be damaged by cleaning even when done correctly. If we believe a surface carries that risk, we will tell you before proceeding and, if necessary, decline to treat it.
• Existing damage, wear, staining or etching that cleaning reveals but did not cause is not our responsibility.
• Please let us know about pets in the home and how you would like them handled during the visit.

Insurance and liability

We carry insurance. If we cause damage to your property while performing the work, tell us as soon as you become aware of it so we can inspect it and address it through the appropriate channel.

To the fullest extent permitted by Delaware law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or use.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept Zelle, Cash, Check. We do not offer financing.

SMS Terms

Program name: WV Cleaning Services Text Messages.

Description: By opting in, you may receive customer care messages about your cleaning quote, appointment confirmations and reminders, and, if you separately agreed, marketing messages such as offers and seasonal reminders.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
