Inside the oven, inside the fridge, range hood, backsplash, cabinet fronts and the tops nobody sees.

Bathrooms scrubbed, not wiped
Grout lines, shower track, behind and around the toilet base, hard water on glass and fixtures.

Baseboards and trim
Hand wiped through the whole house, including door frames and window sills.

Inside the windows
Glass, sills and tracks on the inside are part of the clean, not an add on.

Vents, fans and switch plates
Dusted and wiped, ceiling fan blades included.

Floors done in order
Vacuumed and mopped last, edges and corners by hand, so nothing lands back on a clean surface.

Deep Cleaning questions
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps a house that is already in good shape: surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting. A deep clean adds everything that builds up slowly and never gets touched on a weekly visit: inside the oven and fridge, grout, baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, vents, ceiling fans, cabinet tops. A deep clean takes considerably longer, which is why it is priced separately.
Why does my first visit have to be a deep clean?
Because a weekly clean maintains a level, it does not create one. If we start with regular visits on a house that has not been deep cleaned, the built up work never gets done and you pay every week for a result that never quite arrives. One deep clean up front fixes that.
How often should a house get a deep clean?
If you have us on a regular schedule, usually once or twice a year is enough, often before the holidays or at the start of the season. If nobody is cleaning in between, closer to every three or four months.
Do I need to be home?
For the estimate, yes, we need to see the house. For the clean itself, plenty of our Sussex County customers give us access and go about their day.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, everything comes with us. If you prefer we use a specific product on a surface, tell us at the estimate and we will.
Do you deep clean homes in Lewes and Rehoboth Beach too?
Yes. Milton is our base, and we work across about thirty miles of Sussex County, which covers Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Milford, Georgetown, Millsboro and the towns around them.
