How it starts
Every first visit is a deep clean.
Not because it sells more. Because a weekly visit maintains a level, it does not create one. If we start with regular cleans on a house that has never been properly reset, the built up work never gets done and you keep paying for a result that never quite arrives.
So we do the hard one first. After that, keeping it there takes a fraction of the work, and you pick the rhythm: weekly, every other week, or once a month.
The visit
We come see the house before we price it, so the number is fair and it is final.
The deep clean
Inside the oven and the fridge, grout, baseboards, door frames, sills and tracks, vents and fans. The whole house back to zero.
The upkeep
Weekly, every other week or monthly. Same team, same day, same standard.
The seasons
Windows and washing in the spring, holiday deep clean in the fall, opening and closing if the house is seasonal.
If you are not in town
Your beach house, ready before you pull in.
A house that sits closed for months picks up salt on the glass, a film on the deck and air that has not moved since October. You are not here to supervise any of it, and you should not have to coordinate two companies from another state.
We open it, we close it, and we handle both the inside and the outside on the same visit. If we find something wrong while we are in there, you hear about it that day.

The questions we get most
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean maintains a house that is already in good shape. A deep clean adds everything that builds up slowly and never gets touched on a weekly visit: inside the oven and fridge, grout, baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, vents, ceiling fans and cabinet tops. Your first visit with us is always the deep one.
Why do you come look at the house before giving a price?
Because two houses with the same number of bedrooms can be completely different jobs. Seeing it first is how the number ends up fair, and how it ends up final instead of changing on the day.
Do you really do the outside of the house too?
Yes, and that is unusual. Most cleaning companies stop at the door and most washing companies never come inside. We handle windows, glass, siding, decks and walkways on the same estimate as the interior.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us and we come back and redo that part. We walk the house with you when we finish so that most of the time it never gets that far.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry insurance and we are a registered Delaware LLC.
