This is the service for the owner who is not in town to supervise any of it. We open the house before you arrive, close it when the season ends, and handle both sides of it, inside and outside, without you coordinating two companies from another state.

Opening the house
Full deep clean after the closed months, linens aired, glass and tracks done, everything wiped that collected dust sitting still.

Pre-arrival visit
Timed to the day you get in, so you walk into a house that is ready rather than one that needs a day of work.

Closing the house
Cleaned out at end of season, fridge and cabinets emptied and wiped, nothing left to spoil or attract anything.

Exterior with it
Windows, glass rails, deck and entry washed on the same visit, which is the part a cleaning company normally cannot do.

If something looks wrong, a leak stain, a window that will not latch, you hear about it from us the same day.

I live out of state. How does the estimate work?
We still want to see the house once, and we can do that walkthrough while you are down for a weekend, or with whoever holds a key. After that first visit we work from your dates without you needing to be here.
Can you get the house ready the day before we arrive?
That is the most requested version of this service. You give us the arrival date and we time the visit to it.
Do you handle rental turnovers?
Yes. If you rent the house out part of the season, we can clean between stays on your booking schedule.
What happens if you find a problem in the house?
You hear about it the same day, with photos. We are in these houses when nobody else is, so we would rather over report than let something sit until your next visit.
Do you cover Dewey Beach and Bethany Beach?
Yes. We work about thirty miles out from Milton, which takes in Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, Lewes, Bethany Beach, Ocean View and the coastal communities between them.
How do you get in if we are not there?
However you prefer. Lockbox, keypad code or a key held with us. We agree on it at the first visit and we are the only ones using it.
