This is the service that sits on the line between the two halves of what we do. The inside of your windows is already part of a house cleaning with us. The outside is the half that most cleaning companies will not touch and most pressure washing companies do not do properly.

Near the water it matters more than it does inland. Salt carries in the air, settles on the glass and then holds pollen and dust against it. That is why a beach house can have windows that look hazy a month after they were washed.

Washed and finished so it dries clear, not spotted.

Already part of your house cleaning, done the same visit.

Cleaned out, because that is where the grit lives that dirties glass again.

Wiped down, including the vinyl or aluminum surround.

Removed, rinsed and put back, so you are not looking through clean glass and a dirty screen.

Is the inside of my windows included in a house cleaning?
Yes. Interior glass, sills and tracks are part of the clean. The exterior is a separate service because it is separate work, done from outside with different equipment.
How high can you reach?
We handle ground level and second story windows that can be reached safely from a ladder. Tell us at the estimate if you have anything higher or hard to access and we will be straight with you about what we can do.
How often do coastal windows need washing?
Most homes near the water do well with twice a year, usually before the season opens and again after it closes. Inland homes often go once a year.
Do you clean screens too?
Yes, screens come out, get rinsed and go back. Clean glass behind a gray screen still looks dirty from inside.
Will you do the windows on a house I am not staying in?
Yes. A lot of the exterior work we do is on beach homes while the owner is out of town. We arrange access and report back when it is done.
Can you do windows without cleaning the whole house?
Of course. Plenty of customers bring us in for glass and exterior only.
