Half the homes we clean around Milton and Lewes are lived in year round and the other half fill up for the season. Those are different jobs, and we schedule them differently. Tell us which one yours is and we will work around it.

Move-In / Move-Out questions
Should the house be empty first?
It should be as empty as possible. We can work around a few remaining items, but anything still in a cabinet or closet is something we cannot clean behind.
Do you clean the garage?
We can. It is not part of the standard scope, so mention it at the estimate and we will include it.
Can you clean the windows on the outside too?
Yes. Exterior window cleaning is one of our services, and on an empty house it is the easiest time to do it. We will quote it together with the inside.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you have a date. Moving weeks cluster at the end of the month, and beach season fills up fast.
Do you handle rentals and beach properties between tenants?
Yes. Turnovers on rental and vacation properties in Lewes, Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach are a regular part of what we do.
What if the new owner finds something after we finish?
Call us. If we missed it, we come back and take care of it.
